Gary and I have known Lana Hodge for several years and we have enjoyed our working as well as a personal relationship with her. I first heard of Lana from a co-worker of mine who had found her home in Gary and I started talking about looking for a new home and of course it was a given that I had to meet Lana and have her help us in our search. I can still remember my first meeting with Lana, I felt like I had known her a lifetime. Gary and I found that looking for a home with Lana would be an enjoyable experience, would allow us to make memories that will last a lifetime and would also afford us a new friendship with not just Lana, but her whole family. Lana spent over a year working with us to find just the right home.
Lana was also our listing realtor on the home we needed to sell and she sat down with us and explained each piece of paper that we needed to sign after having already given us several different scenarios of how much we might expect to make from our home at closing depending on whether we helped the buyer’s pay some of their closing costs, or we carried a home warranty as an incentive for the buyer. We knew just exactly what we were to expect in selling our house as well as buying our new house. We recently had Lana list our house for sale but after only a little over a month we decided to keep it as an investment property. Lana was very gracious and explained the paperwork that we needed to sign to take it off of the market. We felt bad for all the work she did to get it listed and in the system again but she made us feel as if it were not a big deal.
Our daughter is now getting to experience how painless it is to sell and buy a home by using Lana as her realtor. We would not hesitate to recommend Lana to anyone that is considering selling or buying a home.
